The 75th Singapore Cricket Club International Rugby 7s was a true celebration of rugby, community, and excitement, drawing fans and families to the Padang despite the early morning lightning delays and rainy skies. This year's event was made even more special with the first-time appearances of Royal Town Warriors, Briars Rugby, and Port Moresby Harlequins, who brought fresh energy and international flair to the tournament.
In a weekend filled with electrifying matches, Island Magic Daveta once again dominated, claiming their third consecutive Ablitt Cup. Peceli Nacebe, showing incredible skill in the final, was named Player of the Final, while Lisala Kubuisavusavu of Royal Town Warriors took home the title of Ashforth Player of the Tournament for his relentless and captivating play.
Other highlights included Chairman’s 7 winning the Jug, Tradition Bucks taking the Bowl, and Casurina Cougars securing the Plate in hard-fought matches that kept the crowd on their feet.
